The coldest event of 2023 is there, and you can participate, be prepared and subscribe in time.

Hopefully, we can also offer you organized transportation from Utrecht CS to Bad Gastein, we will let you know; otherwise, you have to arrange your own transport to Bad Gastein (1.000 km).
You can book your ticket until 01/19/2023 after this date it is only possible if we have availability and we have to charge some more for your ticket. The ticket price will be 199 euros starting 2023.

Ice4Life 2024 (Bad Gastein)
The coldest event of 2024 is here and you can participate!
This is you ticket for the Challenge on Saturday 27th of januari 2024. We will organise a track where you can Walk/ Run or Langlauf and have a bad in the ice-cold bath of Ice4Life (0,1 degrees celsius in 2023). This challenge is in Sport Gastein 1.600 meters high, Tibet of Austria.
Book also direct your tickets for the other activities during this Ice4Life week in Bad Gastein, with will be made available September 2023 on our website. Look off there are training sessions near you and book your training package. In the last week of Januari there will be different workshops and sessions in Bad Gastein, book them in advance as soon as they are available, they will be organised in different languages.
