Ice4Life 2024 (Bad Gastein)

You can book your ticket until 1/1/2025 and the ticket price (after 10/01/2024 is 250 euro. After 1/1/2025 we will check the minimum amount of participants (25) and the maximum (150). The ticket price after 1/1/2025 is 250 euro. Please read important information and our cancellation policy before you book.

ICE4LIFE 2025
Meal Package
Ice4Life is an experience, where we also enjoy a pleasant and good meal together. You can book and reserve your lunches and dinners for Friday and Saturday.
We will arrange a nice lunch in Sport Gastein on Friday during our training. And on Saturday we will provide a warm(ing) lunch after your Challenge.
On Friday we always have a moment of reflection, and afterwards we enjoy life with our (new) Ice4Life friends, while we are having a nice meal.
On Saturday we have a real Austrian party, so bring your Leder Hozen and your best Dirndl and we will celebrate a healthy life. We will provide a nice buffet, with music and party.
Drinks are excluded and on your own expense.

- Friday training day and evening gathering
- The Ice challenge Saturday morning 29th
- Saturday evening Party
- morning breathing sessions (Guided)
- A Ice4Life Goody Bag
We have blocked two hotels so we can stay together in our own Ice4Life Bubble. You book and pay for your own room, we will give you a code so you can book directly with the hotel.
For lunch and dinner we have also made reservations, you can order your vouchers separately, also for your companions who will start next year with their experience ;-). You can book them in our shop next to your registrations.
Hopefully we can also offer you an organized transportation from Utrecht CS to Bad Gastein, will let you know otherwise your have te organize your own transport to Bad Gastein (1.000 km).
You can book your ticket until 01/31/2024 after this date it is only possible if we have availability and we have to charge some more for your ticket. The ticket will be 199 euro’s starting september 2023.
